This Year’s theme, “Pride Without Borders,” speaks deeply to us – Especially in the cleaning sector, where multiculturalism and immigrant backgrounds are part of everyday life.

We are committed to creating a safe, fair, and inclusive workplace where everyone can be their true selves, regardless of their background, identity, or life situation.
A Unique Role in Society
The cleaning industry often offers people their very first job in Finland – a vital step towards integration, independence, and participation in society. For LGBTQ+ individuals who have received asylum, this path can be even more challenging. That’s why we are committed to visibly and consciously supporting their rights.
Helsinki Pride does important work to promote the rights and wellbeing of these individuals, and we are proud to be part of this movement.
