We offer our customers responsible and high-quality cleaning services with over 35 years of experience. For us, quality starts with understanding our customers' needs and providing a service delivered by well-trained, motivated and committed cleaning professionals.

Quality management

How do we maintain our quality?

Through quality control and reporting in accordance with the INSTA 800 standard, we maintain high quality. We employ the most dedicated cleaning professionals in the industry, who are trained and developed at the MTB Academy™. Each of our sites are cleaned by one or more designated and trained site cleaner, with substitutes who are familiar with the site, ready to step in if needed in the event of illness.

Training and well-being

We invest in the training and well-being of our employees. As a result, we have been named the best place to work in Finland and Europe in the medium-sized company category. Employee satisfaction is reflected in low staff turnover (<10%).

Sustainable development and environmental responsibility

MTB is committed to the principles of sustainable development. Our Eco-Compass certification and membership in the UN Global Compact are testaments to our commitment to environmental responsibility. We use cleaning methods that reduce our chemical footprint and support our customers' sustainability goals.

Quality programme

Regular INSTA 800 quality control and customized monitoring programmes ensure a high level of cleanliness in your premises. Our quality programme includes:

Weekly internal quality checks, including communication with staff and implementation of any improvements identified.

Monthly quality rounds with the client; the results of the rounds are documented, and a report is provided to the client.

Satisfaction surveys using "Happy or Not" equipment and hygiene checks (UV and protein tests) as required.
