Hotel cleaning
Hotel cleaning has a significant impact on the guest experience. A well-cleaned and tidy room creates a positive first impression and makes guests feel welcome. Our cleaners pay particular attention to the cleanliness and freshness of showers and toilets, using effective but environmentally friendly cleaning products. In addition, we always consider the longevity of surface materials and furniture.
All our professionals are familiarized with the client’s premises and needs before starting work. Our sophisticated deputy cleaner system ensures that all deputy cleaners assigned to a site are also familiar with the location.
Spa cleaning
Spas require special attention to maintain high levels of hygiene. Our extensive experience in swimming pool and wet room hygiene, as well as in bacteria and microbe control, ensures a clean and safe environment for spa guests. We use effective cleaning products and regularly check the microbiological cleanliness of spa facilities. We also check the functionality of equipment and take microbiological samples to maintain the hygiene and safety of the spa facilities.
High quality every day
We have developed a quality programme to ensure good customer service and high-quality performance in all situations. Our quality control plan, developed in collaboration with our customers, supports the daily work of our cleaners and helps to manage unexpected situations. Our site managers are in regular contact with our professional cleaners at customer sites and provide support as required. They also answer any questions our customers may have.
All our cleaners receive in-depth training in the basics of quality cleaning at the MTB Academy™, and are then briefed by a service representative at their assigned customer sites.

The cleaners assigned to your site are familiarised with your premises. Their stand-ins are inducted too, so the service continues during holidays and sick leave.
Documented quality monitoring
Quality is monitored according to the INSTA 800 standard: weekly internal checks and a monthly quality round with you, with reports.
MTB Academy™
Every cleaner is trained at the MTB Academy™ before working at client sites: methods, chemicals, ergonomics, data security and confidentiality.

- Needs assessment We go through the premises with you and listen to what you expect from the cleaning.
- Service plan We prepare a quote and a service plan showing the areas, tasks and schedules.
- Site induction The assigned cleaners and their stand-ins are familiarised with your premises before the start.
- Start of service Your service manager supports you during the first weeks and makes sure everything works as agreed.
- Quality and continuous improvement On quality rounds we check the results and update the plan when the use of your premises changes.
