We train all our employees at the MTB-Academy™, which covers the following topics:
- Safe and sustainable use of chemicals and equipment
- Characteristics of different types of dirt and materials
- INSTA 800 quality standards
- Data security, including confidentiality obligations
- Workplace ergonomics
- Cleaning of specialised environments (requiring high hygiene standards)
- Our recycling practices and those of client locations
- Service descriptions and work instructions
- Cleaning of sanitary facilities

Hygiene expertise for swimming pools and wetrooms
MTB has a teaching license for swimming pool and wetroom hygiene expertise. All our service staff and cleaners have undergone training.
After completing the MTB Academy, our staff always receive a separate induction by the service manager for their assigned customer sites.
