Sustainability
Our Making Tidy Business pledge is a promise of quality and social responsibility in an industry where ethical and sustainability concers require constant attention. We are actively working to raise the profile of the cleaning industry and its professionals, as the work they do often goes unnoticed.

Social responsibility
- We care for the well-being of our employees by supporting their professional development and personal well-being.
- We support the projects of local associations and organizations.
- We implement an equal-opportunities initiative and regularly monitor the well-being of our employees.
- We actively inform our workers of their rights.
- We participate in campaigns that benefit society, such as the Safe on the Road campaign.
Part of the profit goes to our employees
MTB Cleaning Services is the first cleaning company to establish a reward fund for its employees as part of our goal to become the best workplace in the world. Established in 2022, the reward fund is an employee-owned fund that receives around 30% of MTB's annual operating profit.
The amount is distributed equally among employees, regardless of their role at the company. The aim of the reward fund is to engage and motivate our employees by sharing the profits from the company’s success equally.
We believe happy employees make happy customers.
Environmental responsibility
We strive for sustainability and believe that responsible business practices provide a competitive advantage for MTB and our customers alike.
- MTB has been awarded the Eco-Compass certificate following an external audit.
- We are a member of the UN Global Compact Corporate Responsibility Initiative.
- Environmental responsibility training is part of the MTB-Academy™ programme.
- We offset emissions by planting trees.
- We use an electronic contracting process to support paperless management.
- We promote sustainability and the reuse of materials.
- We use bicycles and low-emission vehicles.
- We use cleaning methods that minimize the use of chemicals for the benefit of the environment
